    Requirements

    • Age Group: This course is designed for students aged 10-12 years.
    • Prerequisites: No prior experience is necessary but good fine motor skills are highly recommended
    • Materials:Ā Good quality compass set ( Jakar, Rotoring brand), 30 cm and 50/60 cm ruler, Pencils. Eraser, A3 cartridge paper pad, A3 Binder/folder, Bamboo/Reed calligraphy pen size 3 or 4, Black Sumi ink, likka/silk thread, Matt glossy paper, Paintbrush, Watercolour paper pad, Tracing paper, Masking tape, Self healing mat, Craft knife. (These must be purchased separately and independent of the course enrolment fee)

Studies with master Arabic calligraphers from the UAE, China and England in Riqaā€™a, Thuluth and Sudani scripts. Also studied classical Latin scripts Copperplate, Italic and Uncial scripts. Lives in Reading,UK, married with 3 children.
