ITIL4 Monitor Support and Fulfil course and successfully passing the exam grants you the ITIL 4 Specialist: Monitor, Support & Fulfil certification. This certification is a crucial step towards earning the ITIL 4 Practice Manager designation. To achieve the ITIL 4 Practice Manager title, candidates must complete the MSF course and also hold either the ITIL 4 Managing Professional or the ITIL 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support certification.
