ITSM Career MentorKazeem Adio
ITSM Career MentorKazeem is one of the best instructors I've seen. He taught me the ITIL foundation course as well as the intermediate course. I had no clue what ITIL is when I first started with Kazeem about a year ago and now Im pursuing the ITIL expert certification. Kazeem made it very clear to me to understand the concepts behind the framework and he always backed his explanation with examples from real world situations. Because of that I was able to set a very strong foundation for myself and thus was able to quickly move to the next levels of ITIL. He kept me motivated and interested at all times which was very important to me as I was doing the course while being on a full-time job. I always looked forward to attend his classes because they were very enjoyable to me. Honestly, if Kazeem was not my ITIL instructor right from the start I wouldn't have understood the the framework and I wouldnt be moving forward in the expert track. I would like to give him a BIG thank you for being an excellent instructor and for the support that he keeps on giving me.
