As-Salaam-Alaikum! My name is Laïla El Abdellaoui, and I am honoured to teach the Warsh transmission of the Noble Quran. My journey with the Quran began with two years of dedicated memorisation, which allowed me to develop a deep connection with its teachings.

I had the privilege of continuing my memorisation through traditional methods at the Imam Nafi’ Islamic Institute in Tangier, Morocco, where a wooden tablet, wooden pen, and ink is the core instructional method. This classical approach provided a rich foundation for my memorisation of the Quran.

Following this, I further refined my tajweed and graduated from the Aïcha Oum Al Mouminine Institute in Tangier after two years of study. I was fortunate to learn from the teachers that had studied under the esteemed Sheikh Abdel Wahid Al-Samadi, who has a recognised sanad (chain of transmission), which greatly enriched my expertise.

With over four years of experience in helping students with memorisation and approximately two years teaching tajweed, I am dedicated to creating a supportive and enriching learning environment. I look forward to guiding you through the beautiful process of learning and reciting the Quran the way it was recited by our pious predecessors in Madinah Al-Munawwarah.
