    Months 1-3:

    Introduction to ITSM

    Overview of IT Service Management and its significance in the industry.

    Introduction to ITIL4 framework and its core concepts.

    Setting career goals and individualized learning plans.

    Group discussions and problem-solving exercises.

    Months 4-6:

    ITIL4 Foundation Certification Preparation

    In-depth study of ITIL4 Foundation certification topics.

    Practice exams and quizzes.

    Guest lectures by certified ITIL experts.

    Resume building and interview preparation workshops.

    Months 7-12:

    Intermediate ITIL4 Modules

    In-depth exploration of ITIL4 intermediate modules (Choose two modules based on participant interest). Modules may include: Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, or Continual Service Improvement.

    Hands-on exercises and case studies.

    Certification exam preparation for selected intermediate modules.

    Months 13-15: Advanced ITIL4 Modules and Practitioner

    In-depth study of advanced ITIL4 modules (Choose one advanced module based on participant interest). Advanced modules may include: ITIL4 Managing Professional modules or ITIL4 Strategic Leader. Introduction to ITIL4 Practitioner. Practical application of ITIL4 principles in real-world scenarios.

    Months 16-18:

    ITIL4 Expert Certification and Career Development

    Preparation for the ITIL4 Expert certification (exam fees not included).

    Mock exams and intensive review sessions.

    Internship or project placement with partnering organisations.

    Soft skills development: Communication, teamwork, and leadership. Job search support, interview coaching, and job placement assistance.

    Requirements

    Open to anyone over the age of 18 interested in pursuing a career in IT Service Management. Program Format: Fully online (include 1 face-to-face weekend retreat/workshop in UK) Maximum Participants: Limited to 20 participants to ensure personalised attention.
