What We Care About
Skills and Capability Development: We believe education is not complete without the development of skills and (cap)abilities that enables positive change for self and society.
Hence Stewards.ONE offers a unique, multidimensional education designed to cultivate well-rounded individuals by focusing on Academic (Head), Character (Heart), and Business & Career (Hand) development.
Our Approach
As a Stewards.ONE student, you’ll be paired with an education mentor/coach, who will help map your life goal, assess your current skills and capabilities, help identify gaps, and recommend tailored courses within our Educational Streams (Academic, Character, and Business & Career) to help you improve and reach your goals. This approach ensures you don’t just complete a course at Stewards— but your education leads to useful skills and capabilities, sharpening your talents, and contributing to finding your path in life. We do this using The Stewardship Capability Maturity Model (iSTECAMMO).
iSTECAMMO is a one-of-a-kind education assessment model that is designed to help our students measure whether their educational experience is enabling the right outcomes for their unique path.
Below are a list of examples of capabilities and skills that we track and assess student for under each Educational Stream:
- Academic Development (Head): Emphasises intellectual skills, including critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical abilities, and intellectual curiosity. Subjects such as mathematics, literature, science, and social studies are taught with a focus on mastery, and students are assessed through projects, research assignments, and demonstrated adaptability in learning.
- Character Development (Heart): Integrates an Islamic dimension with subjects like Islamic Jurisprudence, Theology, and Prophetic Biography, building integrity, empathy, resilience, and self-discipline. Students participate in community service, reflective journaling, and real-world applications, facilitating values like courage, empathy, loyalty, and integrity.
- Business and Career Development (Hand): Prepares students with practical skills needed for today’s workforce, including entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork, and professionalism. Students gain hands-on experience through project-based tasks, internships, and collaborative projects, developing career readiness and problem-solving skills.
ISTECAMMO is used to assess each student’s maturity in several capabilities grouped under each educational stream. The model uses a series of stages or levels—such as Foundational, Developing, Proficient, Advanced, and Exemplary—to measure students’ progress.
For example, under Character Development (Heart), a student might begin at the “Foundational” level in resilience but progress to “Proficient” as they demonstrate greater endurance and positive responses to challenges throughout the term and/or their studies. This capability maturity model approach allows students to see where they stand and track their progress across all areas, enabling a growth mindset.

HITTING THE TARGET
Stewardship
Not everyone has their life’s purpose figured out by 10—or 26, or even 40! And that’s perfectly fine. Finding purpose isn’t like ordering pizza—it’s a process. And that’s where Stewards.ONE comes in. We don’t just feed students with information and hope something sticks. We help them see the world through trustworthy eyes. Eyes that can differentiate between vain and Real. “His sight never swerved, nor did it go wrong” (53:17).
Eyes of the one who embody praiseworthy qualities —truthfulness, mercy, courage, integrity, loyalty, and excellence. “Indeed, you are beyond tremendous character” (68:4).
100% Love
True love is selfless and transformative, radiating mercy, compassion, and unwavering commitment to uplifting others.
100% Service
Service is the ultimate expression of love—giving your time, skills, and energy to support a vision you love, with no ulterior motive, driven solely by the pursuit of truth and meaningful impact.
