This course prepares students for grades 4–9 and builds strong skills in algebra, number, ratio, geometry, and statistics. Students develop fluency, problem-solving ability, and mathematical reasoning through a wide range of topics—from equations and trigonometry to vectors and data analysis. The course is assessed by three exams (one non-calculator and two calculator papers), and provides a solid foundation for A-level maths or related subjects.

This course supports both Year 8 and Year 9 students on a unified path toward the Edexcel GCSE Higher Tier Mathematics qualification. It combines mastery of KS3 content with early introduction to core GCSE topics, focusing on fluency, reasoning, and multi-step problem-solving. The curriculum spirals key concepts so students encounter them at increasing levels of depth—ensuring Year 8s are well prepared for GCSE while giving Year 9s a head start on higher-tier material.

This Year 7 course lays a solid foundation in mathematics through a mastery-based programme designed to build fluency, reasoning, and confidence. It revisits key KS2 concepts (like place value, fractions, decimals) and introduces new topics in algebra, geometry, ratio, statistics, and probability—fully preparing students for further study in KS4 and IGCSE Mathematics.

Our Computer Science programme is primarily aligned with the AQA GCSE specification (8525), ensuring full coverage of core topics including algorithms, programming, systems architecture, data representation, and cyber security. In addition, we integrate key elements from the Oxford AQA International GCSE specification to ensure our international students are equally well-prepared for that examination pathway. This dual alignment provides students with the flexibility and breadth needed to excel in either national or international assessment routes.

The Stewards.ONE English GCSE programme prepares students for both AQA English Language (8700) and English Literature (8702) qualifications. This rigorous and enriching course develops high-level skills in reading comprehension, literary analysis, creative and transactional writing, and spoken communication.

Welcome to Level 3 of Stewards.ONE Islamic Art curriculum! This course is designed to advance students to an intermediate stage, fostering greater independence in their artistic journey. Students will develop additional art skills through more extensive projects and research. A key focus will be on the art of Andalusia, with a dedicated component to building Arabic calligraphy skills in Riqa’a and Magrebi scripts. The curriculum is structured to meet the standards of The Silver Arts Award, which all students will have the opportunity to apply for at the course’s conclusion. Throughout the year, students will work towards achieving this award and will compile a comprehensive portfolio showcasing their skills and knowledge. The ultimate aim is for students to work independently within their chosen fields in the Arts Awards, culminating in three to four projects for the end-of-year exhibition.

Islamic Art Level 1 focuses on developing students’ skills and technical knowledge through project-based learning throughout the academic year. Students will engage with projects centred on calligraphy, geometry, and biomorphic patterns. This level aims to immerse students in a variety of skills, including journaling, research, historical learning, material exploration, and fine motor skill development. The curriculum for this period of Islamic Art will concentrate on North Africa and Andalusia. Each project will explore a specific Islamic art tradition, delving into its history, development, and materials, culminating in a practical project. By the end of the academic year, students will have a journal documenting their process and four to six projects to present at the end-of-year exhibition.

GCSE Arabic Year 1 (Higher Tier) is designed to build a strong foundation in Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) while preparing students for the Pearson Edexcel GCSE Arabic exams. This course focuses on developing core language skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing through structured lessons and interactive activities.

The course focuses on advanced grammar, vocabulary expansion, and linguistic accuracy, ensuring students can communicate fluently and confidently in Arabic.

Designed for children, this program combines fun activities, interactive lessons, and cultural storytelling to teach essential vocabulary, grammar, and conversational skills. Perfect for ages 7-16, the course provides a foundation in Yoruba while establishing a connection to its rich cultural heritage.

This 13-week programming course is designed for learners between the age of 11 – 16. Whether you’re a complete beginner or a curious coder, this course will take you from zero to programming hero. This isn’t just about coding – it’s about unlocking your creativity, boosting your problem-solving skills, and stepping into the future of tech.  Limited to 16 students – first come first serve. 

The Stewards School Year 7 Maths after-school club aims to build a strong foundation in mathematics by revisiting essential concepts from Years 5/6 and addressing common areas of difficulty in the Year 7 curriculum. Through targeted instruction and skill-building activities, students will fill learning gaps, deepen their understanding, and develop confidence in applying maths to both schoolwork and real-world situations.

The Year 9 Maths Club is designed as an online program tailored for students who need additional support in building essential maths skills. This club provides a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where students can develop maths fluency, confidence, and problem-solving skills. The emphasis is on real-world application, enabling students to see the relevance of mathematics in everyday life. Through interactive games, peer collaboration, and personalised instruction, the club helps students improve their understanding of core concepts while making maths an enjoyable subject.

This class is for students who are serious about mastering recitation as well as memorisation of the Glorious Qur’an. Students meet with the Qur’an teacher thrice a week in a group setting.

This course is a fascinating course, which covers a wide range of Geographic subjects, from weather to mapping, and covering both physical geography and human geography. Through the KS3 Geography syllabus, learners will develop a ‘sense of place’ by looking at the world around them on a local, regional and global scale.

This course is designed to take students age 9 – 12 years on a journey through the essentials of essay writing. Each week, they’ll explore a different aspect of essay writing, from brainstorming and planning to drafting, revising, and polishing their essays. The course is packed with fun activities that will help students build on their knowledge with hands-on activities, interactive lessons, and practical exercises.

This 24-week program is tailored to meet Key Stage 3 standards, offering students aged 11-14 a comprehensive introduction to hand sewing and textiles. The curriculum focuses on developing foundational sewing skills, exploring various decorative techniques, and fostering creativity. Participants will maintain sketchbooks to document their creative processes, research textile traditions, and plan their projects.

The Science Club aims to engage students aged 12-15 in hands-on scientific investigations, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and effective communication. Throughout the 30-week program, students will explore various scientific disciplines aligned with the KS3 curriculum and will work towards completing their CREST Bronze Award. The club will emphasize inquiry-based learning, collaborative projects, and the scientific method, enabling students to formulate measurable research questions and conduct experiments.

This course is designed to develop students’ creative writing skills, enhance their ability to write clearly and effectively, and prepare them for GCSE and IGCSE English Language exams. The course focuses on fostering creativity, overcoming writing blocks, and mastering the art of writing succinctly, descriptively, and with precision. Students will have opportunities to present their work and engage in peer review sessions, building their confidence and critical thinking skills.

Designed for Year 7-8 students, this 38-week programme aims to provide students with a comprehensive introduction to the exciting and innovative world of design technology. Students will learn about the role of design in everyday life as well as an overview of design principles and process. Each lesson has been designed to be engaging, thought provoking and practical in order to uncover and develop the students’ creativity, problem-solving skills, and technical proficiency.

Cursive Writing in 6 Weeks is an intensive 6 weeks course to reintroduce cursive handwriting to children and adults. This course is aimed at anyone who has tried out cursive before but has not built up fluency and legibility. The objective is to build up legible penmanship skills and incorporate this new skill in daily work such as homework, note taking, journaling. This course can also lead to deeper study of calligraphy. It can also serve as an introduction to the Bronze Award for young people.
